Abstracts
The 7th International Marine Debris Conference (7IMDC) launched its Call for Abstracts and Posters on 31 March 2022, with a closing date of 6 May 2022.
Abstract proposals were submitted towards one of the 110 different Technical Sessions as shown in the Conference Programme and the 7IMDC app.
Abstract proposals that were selected for the conference were offered a speaking time in the Technical Session to which for which they were selected. The Co-Chairs of each Technical Session were responsible for reviewing all abstracts submitted to their sessions and selecting their speakers from among these abstracts. Abstract proposals meeting minimum selection criteria but not selected by any Technical Session were invited to consider changing their abstract to a poster instead.
