MEDIA REGISTRATION/PRESS ACCREDITATION
Thank you for your interest in the 7th International Marine Debris Conference (7IMDC).
Please note, media registration for the 7IMDC was free of charge and did NOT provide access to conference activities, amenities, refreshments or souvenirs included in participant registration.
To obtain press accreditation please download, fill and send the below request form to email@example.com by 16 September.
How the 7IMDC team can support your work:
Keeping you updated on 7IMDC media advisories and news updates.
Providing useful resources, such as photos.
Facilitating connections with experts and staff from UN Environment Programme, Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries of the Republic of Korea and 7IMDC conference participants.
Expectations for media at the 7IMDC:
Please wear your media badge and identify yourself as media personnel at all presentations or when speaking to any group or individual.
Obtain prior permission for filming or recording ANY activity or interview at the event.
Respect a presenter’s or meeting participant’s choice to decline to speak with you.
Respect a presenter’s choice to decline attendance to their session or presentation.
Understand that the free media registration provides structured media access to specified conference activities.
The media room is located in room 206 at the convention hall of BEXCO and is for accredited media personnel only. It is equipped with wi-fi and a workspace.
Monday, Sept, 19: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Tuesday, Sept 20: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Wednesday, Sept 21: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Thursday, Sept 22: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday, Sept 23: 8:00am – 5:00pm
